Hello my name is Suzanne Wilkinson and I am the proud owner of the Paws Office dog grooming salon.
We are based on the site of the old post office building in Cross Roads, Keighley which is directly adjacent to the park entrance off Halifax Road where there is easily accessible on street parking right outside the salon.
We aim to continue that rich heritage of delivering premium services at affordable prices. Qualified to City and Guilds Levels 2 and 3 and I am also an International Certified Advanced Professional Groomer.

I have been involved in pet grooming and animal welfare industry for many years and our beautiful salon offers a relaxed one to one grooming service with no holding cages which we know is essential in keeping your dog relaxed throughout their stay with us.

BATH AND DRY
Your dog will receive a warm bath with quality shampoo specific to their coat & skin type followed by a blow dry and a spritz of pawfume to get your dog smelling and looking like a real prince or princess.
BRUSH AND TIDY
A brush out to ensure your dogs coat is kept beautiful and matt free with feet, face and sanitary area tidied. This service includes bath and dry.

DESHEDDING
Deshedding removes the loose undercoat that dogs naturally shed throughout the year. At Paws Office we can help you reduce the amount of loose hair with our deshedding service. This service includes bath and dry.
FULL GROOM
From Chihuahua to Leonberger our Paws Office full groom service will get your dog looking fit for the throne. We can cater for all requirements and this first class service includes bath and dry, brushing and clipping / hand-scissoring to create the look you love.
HAND STRIPPING
We offer hand stripping services for owners who want their dog to retain the true look of the breed. Hand stripping is a process that involves plucking out the dead coat of the dog by hand and is much is easier to keep clean and unmatted. We suggest hand stripping approximately every 4 - 6 months and only recommend for certain breeds. Please call us to discuss.
SPA TREATMENTS
1. DESHEDDING MUD TREATMENT:
Our De-Shedding mud contains a unique blend of ingredients which removes loose fur, rejuvinates and hydrates the coat. It also improves volume and shine.
2. SOOTHING MUD TREATMENT:
Our soothing mud contains a unique blend of ingredients which eases irritation, soothes sensitive skin and softens and hydrates the coat.
3. NAGAYU CO2 HYDROTHERAPY:
Originally from Japan and designed to help dogs with skin problems such as skin irritation, hot spots, yeast build up, flea and tick bites, warts and dry skin.

Spa treatments can be added onto any grooming service.
PUPPY PACKAGES
Our puppy packages consist of 4 salon visits as follows:

A gentle half hour introduction to the groomer and salon sights, scents and surrounds including a gentle brushing and lots of cuddles.

Leave your puppy with us this time for an hour long session to include a bath and introduction to the dryers and gentle handling techniques along with lots more love and praise.

A combination of visits one and two but this time we introduce a trim if required but also lots of desensitizing play time to keep your puppy relaxed.

Now that your puppy is happy and relaxed in the grooming salon, they can come in for a full groom as required.

Puppy packages available once puppy is fully vaccinated. Please contact us to discuss further and book in your new pup.
TEETH CLEANING
The Paws Office offer Emmi-Pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning to keep on top of your dogs oral hygiene. The toothbrushing works completely silent and vibrationless, so your dog will enjoy the dental care. We will carry out an initial consultation to assess the health of your dogs teeth and will recommend an amount of sessions to get the health of your dogs teeth back on track. One session can remove much brown plaque and we will show you the results before you decide whether you would like to continue with a course of treatment. Rotten teeth are the number one cause of bad breath in dogs but worse than that, vet prices to get them sedated etc. to have their teeth removed / operated on can cost many hundreds of pounds. Prevention is much cheaper than the cure!
A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
My name is Suzanne and I’ve always loved animals and taking care of them is my passion. After leaving school I worked at the local rehoming centre, I then went on to study for a HND Animal Welfare at Myerscough College. Since my college days I have worked in many different animal related environments, boarding kennels, an RSPCA animal sancutuary, an RSPCA veterinary hospital and I have also worked as a veterinary nurse assistant at a veterinary practice in Rossendale; here i gained the ABC Animal nursing assistant qualification. In 2018 I decided to follow my dream and take the step into professional Dog Grooming. I studied at a prestigious school and gained City and Guilds level 2 and 3 qualifications, and the ICMG Advanced Professional groomer award. I am passionate about animal welfare and love grooming, so be assured that I will treat your pet as I would treat my own, with all of the care and attention that they deserve. Your pet will receive first class treatment and will come back to you looking fit for the throne!

Our dog has been coming to Suzy for the teeth cleaning service, as no matter how much we tried she was still getting a build up on her teeth. I can't recommend the teeth cleaning service enough, her teeth are looking fabulous and her breath is so much better too and I'm sure in long run it will save us on high vets bills too

Highly recommend Suzie, our Trailhound Skye is a nervous girlie but Suzie puts her at ease and even though Skye is not keen on the hairdryer Suzie manages to give her a lovely bath and brush. I have been to a few dog groomers in the past and they can be quite noisy but as soon as you walk into Paws office it's a very calming atmosphere.
